I was in bestine, and I saw the Imperial head-honcho-guy-person. At first I thought he was wearing a smock.. then I noticed the bottom part of it was open so you could see his slacks and boots. So far, the closest thing I can think of is a gunman's duster or a smock to try and match this.

I was wondering if anyone could come up with a way to simulate a version of the "Imperial Overcoat" you could call it he was wearing.

Anything you can think of would be more than great!

Well, I haven't seen the person you are speaking of....but it may be a dress robe he is wearing. It is a jacket item that hangs to feet, and is slightly open depending on stance I suppose. I have only made a few and while I think they area great item, few people want one. It might be because of the color palette. If you could provide a screenshot, then It could be verified, unless someone else here has seen what is being spoken of.

But I was wondering if anyone could think of a way to make an outfit to look like that....

the closest thing, i think, would be parts of the factional imperial outfit, plus some mabari leggings, unless you just want to forget the whole thing and throw on a duster...
