What is a Crystalinne Clothing Treatment? Its probably something very common you guys use but I'm not sure. I can't find anybody to ask.

Wound healing and Mind Enhancement bonuses.

I think it drops off of Nightsisters(rangers mostly) and Mauler Acolytes.
