Thread: Why does the Crafters Apron make an item with Clothing Experimentation
It's like the grenade belt, there are some useless mods on it.
Still, the +5 assembly might cut down on crit fails. And you can always put it beside your vendor as a display. An expensive display.......

Each type of apron takes up a different slot in your datapad. So if you come across another apron schematic, read it. You can have the food, medicine, and clothing aprons all in the list at the same time. If you can't read the schem, then it's the same as one you already have.
Theoretically, the new crafting system reduces critical fails as you advance in experimentation, so eventually these bonuses will be worth something to Tailors. No idea if and when this goes live, though.
There are only two rational explanations to the inclusion of this item.
1) The devs know something we don't and are adding usefull experimentation to the tailor profession.
2) The devs are unutterably clueless about their own game and have crossed the threshold from stupidity to incompetence.
I think we all know which of those explanations is more likely. ![]()
