I thought the same thing. However Doctors can use two tissues.....one is the Healing Eff. which can go only into Reinforced Fiber Panels. THe other is the Cure Efficiency/Augment Efficiency which goes into Synthcloth.
However at this time don not try to make any BE clothing. The mods are not sticking, do not try to make RFP or SC with the BE tissues at this time, you will waste them if you do.
Has anyone noticed that when you place tissues into a cloth, the stats aren't showing?
Or, when you put premade cloth with enhancements into an item, the stats aren't showing?
This is for non-factory instances...I haven't tested this theory on Factory made items yet...as I go mostly as a Special Order Tailor!

My alt, Midaf'ena (Kettemoor server) is new to the Tailor prof.... however, I did notice that the cloths made pre-CU worked once.... then after that, any clothing I tried to make with the enhanced synth cloth or reinforced panels, did not work, did not show the enhancements.
any word on when this will be fixed???? My guild anxiously awaits

ETAs are something that they don't really seem to like to give. I think the reason for it is that sometimes something goes wrong and they don't meet the deadline and then everyone gets mad.
/nod I can understand that.It's why I don't give ETAs on custom orders.
