Get word out to friends guild and combat folks you know then to save them for you, whatever + they have.
the thing of it is, SEA selling is 100% profit for people, they get them while doing mission for high creds, and looting piles while killing 'caves'
The buffs they get were already going to be gotten, the armor and weapons they already had...
So you got to just get the word out YOU want them, someone always has some somewhere..even if they are not a 'dealer'
