Great ideas! But now time for a plug...we need capes and holsters to pull off any of these costumes acurately. Please devs!

I agree with the holster idea. The difficulty with that would be with having a gun in it. I bet it would be too difficult to have a weapon in the holster or out of the holster depending on if you had it (the blaster) equipped or not.

Personally though I could care less if the holster was designed to always have a blaster handle sticking out of it. It would still look really cool.

Yes, I just got the replies from the Armorsmith Forum.

The helmet is an award from a quest given by Wedge Antillies in the rebel themepark on Correlia.

What do you think is on Lando on this picture?

The top Lando is wearing looks like the Flared Jacket, I thought it was the Vested jacket at first, but there is no Vest.

Oh, and the Decorative Dress can be seen on the girl right behind the Chancellor (I don't know really know who it is) in Episode I when Padme makes her plea. You only see her for about 3 seconds though, I was surprised I caught it. :-)

On my site there is Padme's Genosis Outfit. :-) I wish I had a better top, and I did the wrong belt, but it's almost the same thing. The belt she really does have in the movie is available in game to, I believe it's the Small Pocket Belt.

Just my 2 cents. :-)

velvet-dancer,You got it right on with Padme in Episode I, on Tatooine. With the help of a master tailor, I have the top, flared cuff, and belted vest, and it looks exactly like her. The boots are Thermals, tan soles, although the black pantaloons show skin and doesn't exactly fit right with the rest of the outfit. Other than that, it looks fantastic, I'll be wearing it for casual from now on. Now if only we could get baggy pants that fit into boots, it would be exact. I'm even the same height as Padme, 5'4", now only if I could get her hair color right...

Thanks for a great list! And as a non-tailor, I'd strongly suggest you guys 'n gals stock up your vendors with many of these items. I know I personally would pay premium prices if I could get either the black "Han Solo" vest or the Lando Calrissian "Bespin Outfit" in blue. I'm on Nauritus and have been searching for both of these in clothing shops and bazaars -- but so far, I've yet to see either in the right colors.

And btw -- capes aren't out yet, are they? Once they are, I REALLY would love the blue Lando outfit with the right cape.

Keep up the good work, tailors!

Crazyrobo can you list the clothing needed and the color for that Ep1 Padme outfit? That way I can go through this post as I make more of these outfits and spot that one easy, great find btw

Fix the forums so they work properly with Firefox! PLEASE!

I've already made a "Prince'ss Leia White dress" and going to start working on other outfits as soon as I reach master (2 skill boxes to go). Contact me and we can work something out. I've got an order from my former PA for Lando's outfit so I'm trying to figure out what he was wearing. Looks like a belted jacket and maybe slacks.

yeah, the pantaloons for Padme's ep. 1 Tatooine outfit are unfortunately the best compromise I could come up with. I've got the outfit displayed in my house so you can't see the gap between boots and pants. Lined shorts have that baggy look but the decoration totally doesn't match the rest of the outfit. Dress slacks look loose on the top in the schematic (I can't recall what they look like with boots) so maybe give those a try?

It's true, you can find anything on the net. I was looking for a closer shot of one of the dresses and found this:

http://www.padawansguide.com/about.shtml

A site dedicated to the wardrobe people for the prequels. They have promo and on-set shots of tons of the costumes from all the movies.

I have one conclusion - we need more schematics! But, I think there's more there that might be doable, time to go play.

I think I posted that link on page one of this thread, lol. It's a great site, isn't it? It's just too hard to get a good look at the costumes in the movies most of the time, but they've got great publicity photos that really give you a good look at the outfit.

I've been keeping my eyes open for that Endor rebel helmet and found one in a random player shop for really cheap! I was overjoyed because now I can display it with the rest of the ground troop uniform for the finishing touch. And I'm going to keep looking for those babies--if I can collect a few I can offer them to interested customers looking to duplicate the uniform.
