Hi n'Jessi,
First off, great list! Thank you for all the hard work you put into compiling it. I'm not sure that I have anything much to add to the top 5. I think I pretty much agree with all the most important issues. I would like to add a few more ideas to the mix however.
Color palette:
In addition to the color changes you already suggested, I would like to see some deep greens, blues (like navy blue) and browns. possibly even some deep purples. I think there are some great colors in the robe palette (palette F?), and I would love to see more of them in our standard full palette (ummm palette D?). (In fact I might rather have palette F instead of palette D, but that might just be me.
) Also I wish had had a better gold color in our metallic palette. When I'm asked to do a gold chain or ring, there just isn't any available color that I think makes a very good gold. I usually end up with kind of a light bronze (i.e. more brownish than yellowish).
Color blending:
I started a post on this (I'd link it here, but I don't know how), and this would take a back seat to other issues, but some items just don't have good color blending or shouldn't have it at all. Specific examples would be the swoop helm, dress uniform jacket (on the shoulders), robe of honor, patterned slip skirt (the color of the pattern probably shouldn't blend into the bottom of the skirt), and possibly some others. I think at least one other was mentioned in a reply to my original post. Perhaps the solution here would be optional blending? If others like some of these blending patterns I wouldn't want to take them away, but I would like to make these items with separate color regions.
Body forms on preview:
As a female tailor, I am often asked to make something that will look good on a male, but I see all the shirt previews in a feminine body form. I often find myself guessing what they will look like on a male, as well as what the overall look will be. We need some kind of switch so that we can toggle our previews to male/female form. Also there's the dress shirt which has a completely different collar area for both sexes - kind of a double collar with a criss-cross pattern for females and a straight tie on males if I'm not mistaken.
Wish List Items - lower priority, but I'd like to see these in the game
Preview:
It's been mentioned by others too, but I wish there was some way to allow customers to preview their clothes before ordering them. I like the idea of a droid or datapad link that could allow a customer to perhaps view all clothing options that I have to offer and even color them virtually, and try them on. This preview should work at least for the tailor, and preferable also the customer - perhaps a two way interface where either side could suggest options. Minimally for the tailor side it would be nice to have a paper doll kind of interface where I could try different clothes or colors on the customer to see what looks best before I even make anything. I also think there should be a default modesty outfit on such an interface i.e. default pants for a male, and default top and skirt/pants/dress for a female.
Patterns:
A further customization that I would really like to see would be the addition of alternate patterns or perhaps even different fabrics on existing (and new?) schematics. The muscle shirt and flex-form shirt are basically the same shirt with different patterns. What if that were just one shirt with different pattern options - or different patterns on other clothing items? Or the intricate dress with some different lace patterns? That could open up a lot of customization options without even adding new schematics.
Jewelry repair kits
This would admittedly not be a tailor item as much as a Master Artisan item perhaps, but as far as I know there are no jewelry repair kits, so all those wedding rings, necklaces and special jewelry loot items aren't going to get any second chances. I think jewelry repair kits would be a fair addition. The Master Artisan could make them and the Tailor could have the best chance of operating them.
Ok, I think that includes most of the major items on my little wish list.

- necklaces
- clipping [make clothes fit on toons properly]
- deterioration vs. still able to equip
- bandolier vs. backpack
- new non-limited, 'non-tailor-component' schematics

Hi n'Jessi,
I really should have pointed this out sooner, because I noticed it before, but I kept forgetting to say anything. A couple of times in your post with regard to the color palettes you make reference to a chart, "In order to facilitate the discussion, I will be referring to the palettes by letter as they appear on this chart. ", but there seems to be no actual link or reference in your post that I can tell. I do remember a previous post or discussion thread which did contain a link, but it doesn't seem to be there now. Just FYI, or maybe it's just that my browser is bad.Otherwise a great and diplomatic summation of many of our concerns (no mention of the patterns that I had wanted, but maybe next time).
Thanks for all your effort, and I hope that the devs take it to heart and implement most of these changes.

In the word document that I sent in the links are all there (including the chart reference). I added that in to the master copy, but didn't update the board when I did, because the links don't play nice here anyway without writing the document in html (ummm no thanks).

There is really nothing I can add to what has been previously stated, but do have one comment to make about the degrading issue. I am a Master Tailor/Master Artisan/Mayor, and I will never give up tailor I love it. But I was given something as a gift that I have wanted for a very long time, a Night Sister Arm band. It is at 0/0 and I can wear it, thanks goodness, becuase you can no longer loot them. I would be horribly upset if I could no longer wear it. I totally understand and agree with issues about clothes degrading etc. But no one can make these arm bands and you can't get them anymore either. It would be nice, if you could either loot them again, or simply make the ones with stats, wearable at 0 but stats no longer work. So that looted items, can be worn at 0 but have no benefit. Thanks. Pandora Seth.

Can you addSinging Mountain Clan and Nightsister clothesto the current new schematics wish list please?
Clothes, if not exactly like, then very similar to Singing Mountain Clan or Nightsister clothes. If this isnt possible to add it to permanent schematic list, then perhaps taillors can obtain the schematic by learning if from certain SMC or NS NPC, much in the same way that Master Armorsmiths can get or learn the schematic for RIS armor. Of course Only master Armorsmiths can learn to make RIS so it might be that they would make it so only master tailors can learn to make the clothes like the Singing Mountain Clan or Nightsister. Of course they'd be insulting the Tailors who don't do combat if they made it so there was a difficult quest involved.

Um dont know if i am doing this right but here are my top 5 :
*Jackets don't fit properly on femals
1. I would like the 256 color pallete for all items, or atleast to make colors matchable
2. We need new schems
* at 0/0 condition, the item needs to be unequipable, or atleast not provide BE or attachment bonuses
3. It would be nice to have a numbering system for colors
4. The items being classified wrong makes them hard to find sometimes
5. It would be nice to be able to add texture (such as making things glittery)

(not a tailor) You guys shouldask for nightsister sentry pants when all the importent stuff is fixed. I was running around as my tkm/commando and wished I had poofy cool pants, then saw a sentry and was like "Holy crap those are cool". If not those, then some other cool "Gi" looking outfit. Poofy pants
