My policy is similar to Pappi's - occasional ad hoc discounts or "I'll throw in x" type things. For a large order, I'll often "round off" things. E.g., I'm calculating a really big order, I'll say, "OK, all that, plus the boots, comes to 32400 credits - let's call it 30000 even."

And I give my resources supplier a 25% discount, though he's not much of a shopper.
And as someone mentioned, I'll give a little break to newbies if I like them.

If somone buys 5 or mote items from me at once, I give them a 15% discount. I would do 25% but my prices aren't very high as it is.
