Well i am not all that happy. But I will look on the bright side...

I was planning to grind factory components, tonight through Sunday to get a good stockpile, and the 6k exp per hour (appox. with 2 factories), and hopefully check another box or two.

Instead I think I will pseudo makeLinked-gloves and Ribbed Shirts with 5% kicker --absolutley stupid to say that pseudo crafting an item should provide more experience than actually making the item.I appreciate the min/max character, but for this to be sold as a actual RPG thing -- Thank you to the person who explained the garbage collection issue -- Shame on SOE for this 'enhancement' by marketing terms to fix a design flaw in their system --

I was looking at a best time to Master Tailor of 60 hours if I would have run my 2 factories in grind mode of Link-steel gloves -- now I am looking at less than 30 hours if I can get my resource chain in full gear -- [factories take4 times as long to craft then a hand craft, and actually I can string 3-4 hand crafters in tandem -- oops next nerf (/bug fix for those who agree with the factory issue) coming -- only one craft going at a time --

Probably would have been more like 200 - 300 hours for me since I was actually setting up shops and services customers, and content with slow but steady experince from factory produce components when I was online andneeded more.

Now I think I will just click my way to carpal tunnel syndrome this weekend on phantom yet worth more experience linked gloves and ribbed shirts.

Point of my yes Very Wine-E post -- The 10% limit now on factory is just going to encourage people to ignore making an economy, setting up shops and slowly growing businesses, and 'practice' their way to the Master Ranks...

I guess I'm upset because my best selling items (factory crates of synthetic cloth and reinforced fiber panels) now only give me 10% of the experience. I can't craft these by hand. I'm going to have to raise my prices on these items as I can no longer afford to use my precious resources for only minimal experience gain. I have not done any grinding in 2 weeks, and I was pretty proud of that, but I guess I'm going to have to now crank out 1000s of ribbed shirts in practice mode instead. What a waste. I would crank out dusters (my 3rd best selling item) and sell them, but, oh wait, they require crated reinforced panels. Not worth making them now except for the money. I guess I have to choose between money and experience. I don't think this was well thought out. I don't mind an occasional nerf to rebalance things, but 10%? How about 50%? Or maybe make it so components that are needed by other items in factory crates still get 100%. I think this penalizes tailors more than the other professions.

The component thing is what sucks. Especially with us. I never grinded out clothes in my factory unless you counted black boots, black pants, black duster, black shirt, black belt but that's because I knew those would all sell no problem. I'd just do a factory run of 25 each whenever stock started getting low. Looking at a lot of lvl 4 schems though I'd honestly hate to be making the stuff due to the factory components and xp loss from them.

Did you guess notice the slipping in of no self use xpbonus on using components you make while crafting anymore? Might as well go find another tailor so you can trade synth cloth between each otherto get the most out of your xp.
