what concerns me most about males and hawpants... is the lack of bulge

HAWTpants do appear rather tight, which is why Lilo wears Pantaloons almost exclusively. But there are *so* many occasions where only HAWTpants will do.

Think about it, EVERY male would set the slider to max, so what's the point in having it?
