+15's are good enough, Momo. When people ask for melee/ranged outfits, they usually wear 2 pieces anyway, and that'll be enough for them to cap at the +25. Peragrin is a nice girl, but I refuse to buy from her because she's charging something like a12340cr per tissue. I miss Greenstok so much. =(
And to the other person clarifying the egg/milk thing, thanks. I am so easily confused. ^_^

I went and got my own milk with camo kits on dant (before I went and got some scout skills back), and it took me a few hours to get enough for a full run with all the crazy spawning from lower level missions. since +13 is enough I usually just go and get whatever milk I can find, then have my fianc‚ make a run. they still sell like hawtcakes 
p.s.: I charge 1k per highest mod per tissue used, 33% increase for combat tissues that need egg/milk, add in base price for clothing, plus a black tax for black items. again, they sell like hawtcakes
