Mine is ...

You have three tells waiting for you in the Chat Window even before your character has fully logged in

You cringe when someone asks for red boots or gloves

You suddenly go LD when someone asks "Can you match the color exactly"

You spend all weekend on a Corellian mountainside shooting at giant bunny rabbits with bad attitudes because nobody will sell you a decent quantity of wooly hide at any price.

The question, "Do I need a factory?" becomes "Do I need another factory?"

Your favored title is "Novice Dancer" and you're ALWAYS unsearchable.

Running missions is your recreation.

You're often not sure whether it's day or night outside your shop.

You play stupid when someone in the cantina asks "ne1 know any tailors"?

You know you are a master tailor when...

... your in the middle of a large group battle earning weapons experience and you notice how horrible an outfit one of your group members has on. I mean it's literally all looted items!

I don't mean to be to synical, but sometimes its the truth. I am a victim to fashion.

I usualy hit this when I'm on my alt hiding from my factories :-P

But more to the point....

... When your jaw drops when someone actual asks for a ribbed shirt.

... when you have 5 pieces of furniture, and your large house is full.

That's funny.

Oh wait, that's not funny at all.

* people are willing to take 2 spaceships to get to your shop just for a custom made (black) field 3 item *boggle* -- that costs less than the travel. When asked why "because no other master tailor responded".

* you start storing extra items in the "input hopper" of your factory because your house is full

* someone in YOUR OWN shop asks YOU for 1k to buy something that YOU made. "You'll get it back" she says. Well of course I will when you spend it at my shop! *boggle again*

* on a daily basis someone asks - "what is the sl*tiest outfit you can make?"

* "I'm poor can you make me free clothes? Oh, that wrap thing the dancer is wearing? T-shirt and pants, I don't want that, scr*w you!"

* You start labeling "patterned wookiee gloves" as "Patterned wookiee gloves, for wookiees only, really, don't buy it unless you're a frickin wookiee"

* you move to a largely uninhabited planet

* you start charging higher prices for certain staples so you don't have to grind out 20 black uniform boots a day

* you hide and craft in a friend's private house to avoid customers

* your pa and the two houses and the 4 factories you have, some on borrowed lots and 2nd accounts are all full and you are out of lots..again...and you don't have room for your own clothing

* every week you get 600-auction unsuccessfull mails to delete

* every morning you log in real quick to re-register your vendors and cringe if there is someone within a 5 mile radius

* you think about going ld immediatly after someone says--uh do you make clothes--(if the master tailor sign hanging over your head didn't give him a clue--nothing will)--cause you know the next question will be--uh can you make me some cool black clothes....

* you get out for recreation (finally) in a group and someone is constantly going...um you're still afk......your afk is still on......you are still afk......hey turn off your afk......hello......

* Having put on your said afk...stating that you are busy and to please mail any orders, and the shop coords, there is always one person who will /tell you every 5 minutes to see if you are done.....hello.....yo.....hi......umm...you're still afk?.....I need some cloths......I really need some cloths.........hello.......are you ever gonna be back?........noooooooooooo I need some cloths...........(yes someone actually did this to me lol)..

* People will hang around your shop waiting for you to show up.....they will go ld and re-log in there just hoping to catch you....(and the items they ask for are inevitably on your vendor..they are just too lazy to look)

* you buy 100k resources and it'll last you a few days....

* You use your crafting droid and craft on the roof because it's bugged so no one can see you and won't notice you're there if you are quiet!!!

* and.....you have six vendors all appropriately and clearly labeled and someone asks which vendor the pants are in lol---( umm gee.....do you think maybe the " shirts pants jackets" vendor might have some? )

20 black uniform boots? silly, do what i did... on stuff that sells well like camos and muscle shirts, start making factory crates i'm considering doing the same with dusters, hehe

as for tells... here's a sneaky way to "screen" them out: have a hotkey that links to a macro with this:

/r AFK auto-response: (insert msg here)

so your friend won't be annoyed by the afk message, and you can still carry out conversations... but when random people msg you, you can send out the "afk" message immediately. this works if the person isn't in front of you, and can't see that you don't have afk tag on

Silly me, when I saw the subject line, I thought you were going to go in a different direction entirely.

You know you're a master tailor when you catch a newscast out of Iraq, see US soldiers on screen, and your first thought is, "Tan vested jacket with a medium brown vest, tan solid-color paramilitary camos. Boy, I wish I could make those boots."

Hehe, this is a good one. I have found myself doing this since a month ago. Every time I watch a movie or walk past a real life clothing store, names of clothing schematics just jump into my head.
