I agree on the giving things out issue that people keep bringing up, except for one instance.

I currently reside on Lowca, and am a Novice Tailor. I've been hanging around the Cantina in Dearic on Talus making friends with the local Entertainers. I am ALWAYS giving them free clothes, because when you are out gathering materials, and out of the light with your flashy clothes.. who is still sitting there wearing your wares? Aha! Entertainers. The ents on Talus LOVE me, and are constantly giving me good reviews. Personally, I am going to be holding a fashion show here soon, and it should prove to be rather interesting to see what comes of it. =)

The game is just starting and people are already whining about money and not making any. You should be more worried about getting your skills up and doing stuff of that nature. Yah, funding harvesters is a pain in the rump, and people are trying to get exhorbitant amounts of cash for stuff that they produce, but eventually things will even out, and a stable economy will emerge. Until then, its struggle struggle struggle, til you can get your name known, and people start coming to you asking you for your duds because you were the coolest cat in town when the game came out.

And there is NOTHING like Entertainer love, because when an Ent praises someone, people listen. =)
