My only issue as far as capes go is, since half the people playing the game are not role players, the role players who want capes to suit a regal avatars persona, or an evil characters persona, will get screwed by all the power gamers who just want to look spiffy. Like when I decided to make a character who's life was wound in chaos, so he woar all black and white, and then I begin reading player characters Bio's and think to myself "...... F#%K." But hey what do I know, maybe all those power gamers will think it's "queer" or stupid to wear a cape. If so I am the stupidest queerest man in SWG. Me want me Capes!

I agree, but I still want it. The roleplaying aspect in the game is so low (not through the Devs fault this time) that I almost don't think of it anymore. Then again, I did spend like 10 minutes buying spice from a smuggler in a cantina because we roleplayed it.

Petitions work, but not as a way of getting the Devs to take notice directly. Subjects can be brought to the attention of a corrispondent by way of petition. It is then the corrispondant's responsibility to judge if the petition's subject is hot enough to make it to the top 5 or 10 list for submission to the Devs. The best reason for re-visiting a topic such as this is because as fixes and additions are put in, new issues are brought to the Top 5. By revisiting a topic, we can make sure to keep it fresh in the minds of the corrispondents, as well as rejudge its importance in the minds of the players.
