One way or the other I'd rather not see our glasses become craftable—maybe it's just me, but they're ugly! I'd rather have all new, attractive glasses to craft.

I've told others before, the only real reason in my mind to get the collector's edition, even after I knew about the glasses, was the collector's (nerdette's) value, which I spoiled when I oppened it. I really don't like any of the glasses, but the inclusion of glasses into Star Wars is just tricky, it implies that medical science is not advanced enough to fix many eye problems. Glasses would PURELY have to be a fashion statement and I think the devs want to avoid fashion statements that might detract from the Star Wars feel of the game. That being said, I want them anyway! (tantrum)

They could just give all the "Special" folks some really cool like decorative trophy or art or something for their houses. That would solve the problem, I would kill for a unique limited item that only a few people would have on my server.

I walk aroudn and see people with glasses on, and I go look at that guy, wasted 30 bucks extra. Hehe, honestly I'd say if I had bought the SE I would've bought it for the art book, who cares about the glasses, I know a bunch of people who just deleted them because they were ugly and took up inventory space since you can't even drop them!

What about masks??? Why can't we make masks for our loyal customers? Why.... just the other day I had a customer ask me "Teek, why no masks? I have been wanted to start my SWG career as a mexican wrestler named El Diablo Cucaracha for ages, when Teeke when?!" And as I was wrestling him to the ground trying to get him to calm down I told him I would look into it for him and gave him some excuse about there being no market for them. If I have to deal with another customer like that I am going to write my congressman. No joke........ dude was scary......... and he smelled not so good.

Frankly I was much more interested in the art book myself. I only just started to wear the glasses when vehicles came out. Have you seen the size of those bugs on Tatooine? Don't want one of those hitting you in the eye when you zipping between Bestine and Anchorhead!

Wait a minute.... you are saying the devs don't want to go outside the star-warsy feel by adding glasses, yet they allow us to have big afro hair?

I just want some plain glasses with a round or oval slightly colored frame =( I can't see absolutely everybody in Starwars having perfect eyesight. (I don't in real life heh.) Plus i have a character that looks a lot like me. having glasses would own =D
