Not trying to be rude, just informative and I may be wrong myself.But a MBE almost never maxes on experiment points (we usually max on quality of the resource) and since we don't get + experiment tapes or + assembly tapes and its rumored that pyollian cake doesn't work for BE's, we are out of luck for making < +20 BE comps for fiberplast panels.
