I didn't realize it made it to that point yet. I guess I wasn't chosen, which isn't a huge suprise I guess.

LOL its a game for god's sake who really cares. Some people really do need to get a life. I'd love to see anything on these agreement's be enforced other then copy right law's lol.

I've removed 10 people from beta today for violating NDA and I have only been at work for an hour and a half. So do not think we are not serious.

Right after I read this, I went and checked my email. Apparently I got mine 2 days ago ( I dont check often). I did not go to fan fest, but I do regularly play test center. I think they also gave invites to people playing the week after the ID patch on test.

If you don't want people to ask you to violate the NDA, why would you tell people you're in beta? That's the part I don't get. I agree everything you said though.

I am not sure if it is still a violation of the NDA to say you are in the beta, so I will simply say that I may or may not have had the same experience that you did.
