I don't mind for regular clothing much, I am home most of the time so I check regularly... But stims take 3 days to make, and finding tissues can be a pain so ugh. I took some advance and I have prolly around 30 crates of injury/treatment tissues now though lol.

I'm sure the doctors in your guild are quite experienced, and if they swear that a +50 outfit helps them, then they should by all means continue to use them.
On the other hand, my own personal experiences have been different. I had a brief stint as a doctor and I found that when I wore more than +25 injury/wound treatment, my buffs were exactly as effective as they were when I wore exactly +25 injury/wound treatment. The only way I was able to receive more than +25 effective injury/wound treatment was by eating chef-made bivoli. The cap for that is quoted by many as+25, so my maximum combined bonus was in theory +50. +25 from food and the other +25 from the bivoli. This also seems to have been reaffirmed by numerous posts on the doctor forums.
As a tailor, if someone asks me for more than +25, I'll explain to them that +25 is the cap. If they have their own plans and insist on more, I'll never tell them that they're wrong. But I will make it clear that I can't offer any refunds to them if they don't see any improvements past +25.
