Thread: Elite-elite Tailor and missing colors
There's a heck of a lot more missing than just colors. I am a bit upset to find that nothing affecting tailors in a positive way is in this new update. Tailor palettes are bugged, clothing is bugged...such as the exotic leotard (which THEY did when they fixed a bug) and we don't have decent hats and hoods for any race other than twi'lek and wookiee. Wookiee clothing is horrible and most of it is color bugged. I don't really need to go into all that's wrong with tailored clothes, but...we really do need to have things fixed as MUCH as any other profession. I will be totally offended if all we see that get attention are the combat based professions because THIS game is supposed to be a player economy.
Tailoring is a odd phenomena in SWG. I think its because folks were starved for customization of characters in other games...and its just incredible how many orders I get and fill in a single day. This means that we are not inconsequential to the health of the SWG world...in fact it means quite the opposite so I refuse to be ignored as a profession.
The tailoring class, if they decide to give us some elite elite class, is going to be a hard one because of how they figure exp for us. I disagree that simple things like veils and cowboy hats should be held for a higher level tailor merely because...they are far more simple than any twi'lek hat except the wrap.
In closing, I'd really really like to know the reason why they didn't at least fix our palettes. I've sort of been waiting for this update to say much...but...its really time for us to stand up and be counted.

I want the remaining 55 colors on Master Tailor, not get thru another skilltree to get them. If there's supposed to be an elite2 tailor tree, then please ONLY schematics.
On this, at least, we agree. ![]()
As for an elite-elite... I wouldn't mind not getting extra skill points. I'm currently packed pretty tight, but I'd drop scout and dancing in a heartbeat to get more tailoring. In general I think this might help diversify a little. Not everyone will go that high because they want more other things as well and feel that Master Tailor is enough of an accomplishment. Other who are completely devoted to being a tailor, likeI think myself to be and likely most of you in this forum, will more readily specialize themselves into that.
On the other hand... I've always wanted a bit of everything and it'd be a shame to have to give that up.
