More colours for boots and gloves, same pallet and the Long Uniform Gloves would be nice.

1. Something interesting to experiment on. Decay is gone, sockets are an all or nothing issue (people either want 4 or don't care at all if the items even have them). Yukon Sam started a thread a while back asking for ways to make experimentation viable: http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=tailor&message.id=10739&highlight=#M10739 these ideas and any others need to be considered.

2. An alternative to a pack, even if it's not visible on the character. Besides the dresses that don't allow a pack to be equipped, there are other outfits where a pack just looks ridiculous, as in pretty much anything a dancer might wear. A purse or sachel would even work, though a non-visible alternative might be easier toimplement (give it a visible icon but no graphic when equipped).

3. Viable usage decay that applies to all professions instead of only the ones that are incapped on a regular basis. I don't want a return of components that disintigrate on the way from town to town, but I also see a lot of problems with items that will decay if the tailor is incapped between their private crafting station and the bazaar in town, of worse if the customer is incapped after retrieving their items from the vendor before they can get to an insurance terminal.

4. Palette compatibility. If the full palette isn't available on everything, at least have the leather palette colors available in the full. There are shades of red, grey, brown, and pinkish purplish whatever that color is supposed to be,that are only possible on leather and cannot be matched with any set of colors from the full palette.

5. Gender/race restrictions clearly listed on items that have them, and implied restrictions ala "normally worn by females" removed from the items that don't.

6. This lastone would really be a general crafting issue, but it seems to be the worst for us since we have the most subcategories and schematicsunder one button in our crafting tools. Allow us to toggle the categories to stay closed after we close them once, every time we use the crafting tool, leaving only the one with the last item created open, or the ones we choose to leave open (say components and last item made). It seems silly to have collapsable categories when you need to close them every time you use the tool to have them work. All subcategories could easily fit on the screen if they were collapsed, and eliminate the need to scroll through the list a dozen times to make a single outfit.

Color matching ability, a tailor only skill. And fix the broken color palettes.

Lose all the poop colors. We have way too many shades of poop and not enough good colors. And while you are removing the poop, add in a yellow to the colors. & shades of yellow should be much easier than70 shades of poop and would be much more appreciated.

Color forall items. All colors. The only possible exception here should be the metals but for god's sake give us better metal colors too. There is no copper in there although the bikini leggings havecopper panties with a wierd metal 'strap-on' appendage in the front. If you can do copper there you can do copper in the metals. And jewelry should have color for the gems.

Wookiees need love too. Let them wear rings so they can get married. And give them some more clothing options even if they are still primitive in design. But give their clothing color and fix the wookiee palettes. While on the subject of color, kudos to the designer who made the wookiee sage hood. I wish all wookiee wear had such attention to detail.

An ability for tailors to be unique...the idea of rare resources for new items is a great suggestion.

Something other than packs for additional storage. Purses, satchels, briefcases, fanny packs, wallets, bandoliers. Make them hold less ifnecessary but make them hold something when equipped and please let them show up. Could you imagine a shimmering jeweled clutch purse in the hand of a woman in the grand ball gown? An architect who carries aportfolio? A doctor who carries a doctor's bag? A merchant with a briefcase? A commando wearing an ammo bandolier? All viable options and most could use existing artwork for the most part.

Let us dress our pets. We can make jewelry and other things that should fit on pet designs without too much tweaking, why can't Fido wear them as symbols of our love?

Last, and most important, decay MUST be implemented. I realize thedesign team likes and prefers the concept of a universal decay rate, but that is simply not practical. Neither is tying decay to death. Clothing needs to decay based on actual wear, and clothing that is stored or simply on display should barely decay. I also realize architects need decay, so give them one. But theirs needs to be based on 24/7 time just like real houses are. Make it slow, and add little things like the devs did for survey...pop-ups when a player pays maintenence such as "the exterior of your home has been badly battered by recent sandstorms

Much of what people have said is awesome and put my votee to just about every post here so far...
my own wish list in no particular order:

1. Decay - we need a viable use-based decay system. It can be slow. But it is needed.

2. Expanded colour pallettes - for eample at master or higher levels expand the items with a leather palette to be able to have a cloth palette. Surely we are technologically advancced enough in the Starwars universe to have nicely bright coloured boots & dusters.

3. "Accessories & Insignia" - Things like military insignia to add to the chest of say a belted jacket for example... along with many other suggestions above.

4. New schematics - as many have mentioned. Im ALWAYS asked for camo shirts to go with camo pants & spec ops dusters. And we do need more hats!

5. "Rare" or 'Less common' craftables:
Someone asked me if i was able to craft one of the rebel helmets like leia wears on endor.
Nearest i could do was swoop helm or mabari armour helm. Not good enough for my customer as he wanted that specific look. Turns out he eventually managed to get one from someone who got one as a quest item from Leia ingame. Instead of something like this however, wouldnt it be better if he had gotten that as a tradable schematic. A tailor could then hire people to do missions that would result in such a schematic. an adventurer could sell those schematics to tailors. Be they either forever, or limited use... or perhaps even a mixture of both. As a loot solution this would add much to those who want rewarding loot but does so without cutting crafters out of the loop. Additionally perhaps with a select Few craftables there might need be a relatively rare but loot based component to it. So someone is out killing humanoid npcs somewhere and scores a component that can then be used in a schematic that calls for that component. These would need be in a few schematics so that a tailor would not have to rely on these sorts of things. Alternatively it could be an optional component. a looted (hell maybe even crafted) "decorative chain" could be added to a formal suit jacket in crafting stage as optional component in which case you get a formal suit jacket with the addition of what appears to be a fob watch chain on it.

Additionally we could have tailor quests at some stage in which you get rewarded with a new schematic. (i guess in some way these could be a little similar to the UO bulk order deeds system - but hopefully without the "collecting & trading" of deeds aspect which is really just a headache)

6. Experimentation!!! lets us do stuff to some clothes that are similar to Bio-Engineer add-ons. Experimented camo adds to mask scent or something... Experimenting on colours can give option of a "wild" neon colour or something for that item. Some very minor armour attributes... or stuff that can complement armour like flame retardent abilities to some clothes etc.

7. Hooded clothes & more hats!!!

8. Ability to Bundle a selection of clothes on vendors as "outfits"

9. Numbering of colours for easier colour matching!

10. Mannequins or display cabinets for showrooms... maybe once stuff is added to a mannequin the whole thing becomes one object which then cuts down on amount of items in your house...?

11. more wearable containers, especially pocketed belts & bandoliers need to be able to store items. Something like "pocketed pants" ideally should even add like 2 or 5 to inventory or something...

If nothing else, Exotic Leotard should have full color palette.....its dancer wear and it has drabber palette than wookiees!

A wish: make satchels a lore type item that allow only one per character's inventory. And then make them work like they did in Beta....unequipped but still taking up volume of 1 with 20 actuall slots in it. This woud help crafters with extra stuffs, and allow dancers/dress wearers a way to carry things around without spoiling their look. by restricting only one satchel to a character, the database would be spared the possibility of infinite inventory as well.

Wow, some previous posters have covered my list of "clothes I'd like to see added" pretty well already! I'd especially like to lend support to the socks/tights idea. My life will be complete when I can have a pair of Mary Jane style shoes and wear them with knee socks. I'll never ask anything from the devs again. For at least a week.

I'd also like to second the idea of a color matching system. Each color presumably has a code, let us see it! It would ideally be a tailor-only ability. Even if they want to stick it in Tailoring IV or Master Tailor, that's fine, I just wish we'd get it eventually. Once we get to see the code, I'd love to see maybe a tooltip in the color palate on the crafting tool (so the color code would pop up when we hover our mouse over the color).

I have seen arguments against a color matching helper from those who are proud of their matching abilities just eyeballing it. I sympathize with that point, but disagree. For one thing, as we all know, each item colors differently. So to get a really good looking match we may need to use a different shade than the one on the item we're trying to match. But a color matching system would be a great time saver for all of us, and it would be even more essential to any wannabe tailors who are unlucky enough to be color blind!

Hats, Hats, Hats!!! Much needed is a bandanna/doo-rag type thing along with many others. Oh, and less 70s style clothing and more different kinds of cuts to certain jackets. I know it's the Star Wars universe circa 1977, but c'mon, we've come a long way since then.

Please, please, please:

1. Decay! Yes. That would be nice. For all professions, thanks, and not at some ridiculous, painfully-swift rate.. which, in my opinion, would be worse than none at all.

2. Fixes on bugged items such as the luxurious gown. Everyone wants it. No-one wants it in teal. I certainly don't blame 'em.

3. Wookiee items categorised under 'Wookiee Garments' in bazaar and on vendors. I make great amounts of clothing for wookiees, and they all complain that it's not on the vendor -- who can blame them for not looking anywhere but under 'Wookiee'?

4. Skirts in their own category, while we're at it. There are surely enough of them to justify it, and why heavy gloves are sitting under 'miscellaneous' instead of 'handwear', I cannot imagine...

5. Expanded leather palette and/or leather colours (at least in part) added to the cloth palette.

1. usage based decay, with a very slow time based decay (for all those items just sitting around collecting dust.

2. Seeing the necklaces we craft!

3. Put wookie gear under wookie garb, skirts to a skirt category.

4. Hats, interesting hats, not like the stupid headwraps that look idiotic on 99% of the people who try them on.

5. Lace gloves! Gloves moved from misc to the handwear section. Ability to wear COLD weather gloves with COLD weather jacket (c'mon don't your arms and hands get cold at the same time?)

6.Others have said and I second moccassins, lace up sandals, better shoes in general really, most look stupid.

7. Take out the 50 million shades of something and give us decent colors, especially primaries. Way of identifying colors so we can match or take special orders of ''#44 please''

8. make experimentation mean something, have it do durability (for when decay is fixed), perhaps custom colors (with ability given at an experimentation lvl to match colors of existing clothes), or even abities not given by BE's so we can make our clothing truly unique.

1) Decay on use

2) Camo tank tops

3) Dog tag necklace

4) Thongs, miniskirts

5) Garter belts and pantyhose with a black stripe down the back of the leg, maybe fishnet options

6) High Heel Stiletto shoes! And I meanhigher heels than the ones with the dance slippers- much higher.

7) Better color options for wookie clothing. They are pretty limited and on the dull side as they are now.

8) Jewelry: Slave Bell Anklets that make a subtle jingling sound when the character walks.

9) More selections for headwear: hats, visors, goggles, scarfs and hoods. Maybe even wigs?

10) Venetian-style costume masks! Convenient for parties, drama productions, and bank hold-ups!

11) Hair jewelry! We could make ornate combs and pinsthat ID's could use to enhance hairstyles.

12) Tank boots- the cool military ones with the buckle straps. (http://www.stompersboots.com/fots_carolina/Tank1.jpg)

13)A classic Spencer Jacket with some ornamentation- please do some homework on the pattern for this jacket. It is a very unique jacket made to wear with empire dresses and looks VERY VERY VERY good. (http://www.costumes.org/history/leloir/spencer1801.jpg)

14) Empire dresses.

15) A long, simple, black dress with a slit up the side.
