I hate to say it, but if that is how a free economy works. If you sold your goods at the highest price the market will bear then this person would not buy your stuff and resell it.

Be smart and make the money off your stuff you should be. Undercutting everyone only hurts you. Basically you've turned yourself into a sweatshop wholesaler that sells to retail outlets.
