Really really strange What were the differences between the time it worked and the time it failed - location, materials, anything?

Sergia, I'm assuming this may be that old old old bug biting you. You know, the one about having to put the unmodified cloths in before the modded ones, otherwise the bonuses get wiped out. I dunno about everyone else, but ever since this bug was discovered months ago I've always been extremely methodical about how I put components into the schematic (top to bottom, unmodded, then modded). I have no idea whether this bug has been fixed, and franky I don't care since I have an acceptable workaround that always works, but this sounds like the same sort of thing.

I never knew about that at that time I prob wasn't into bio clothing yet.

I got two to enhance this weekend with med tish, really really strange...Im going to test what you mentioned and Ill let you know the results. Ive been putting +14 inj/wound treats into them because I have alot of it, and on the medics apron it worked no prob (how convenient )

strrrange...i will update...

The funny thing is that it switched sometime since the BE clothing patch. In the beginning you had to put the enhanced cloth in *first* to get the bonuses. Then one day it stopped working and I found out that you had to put it in last.

i will try again ... both the modded first and then last...

didn't know that was a problem or some sort of solution to an otherwise just plain annoying bug...

Put the enhanced tissues in last. That is the way it has been for quite awhile now. The devs can't document it because if we knew what we were doing, tailors would become too powerful and they would have to nerf us.
