Back on to the original post, I'd just like to point out two things to the initial poster...
When choosing a tailor for the job you are looking for, two factors are important:
1) Will they take the tissues you are searching out and give you a discount? I know I would not. I have a good working relationship with a Bio-Engineer for a reason, and I don't want to take profits out of his pocket, or mine for the mark-up.
2) Many tailors price their BE clothing by amount enhanced, rather than the number of tissues which went into the clothing (which is what I do). If looking for a pair of +25 medic striped slacks for instance, you'll generally get a much betterdeal from someone who prices the clothes per tissue. If you are looking into getting a +25 medic shirt, which takes 6 tissues to make, you'll likely get a better deal from a tailor who charges per point of enhancement.
To illustrate:
Tailor charging 1k per enhancement point: +25 striped slacks: 25k, +25 leather trimmed shirt: 25k
Tailor charging 5k per tissue used: +25 striped slacks: 10k, +25 leather trimmed shirt: 30k
Prices are forcomparitive purposesonly.

So that's why I said I'm glad to be done with tailor, it's justthe ID profession with schematics and resources.
No one should really rant at you for being a hologrinder. That is SOE's fault for coming up with such a stupid idea. I'm glad they are finally changing it. That said, I play both a tailor and an image designer, and I have a lot of fun with it, thank you very much! Just because something doesn't have anything to do with killing or preventing being killed, that doesn't make it useless. This is one of the things that sets SWG apart from other simmilar games.
