I'm having the factory-crate-default-colour bug with crated cloaks, if I choose 'white' as the colour. I don't recommend trying it (you'll only waste the components), but you're welcome to give it a shot if you like.

[sigh] Perhaps I'll close my tailor's account until this is fixed. It's a terrible waste of money.

Question on the crates... has anyone figured out if there is a pattern to what glitches? I've heard some say blacks are ok, but I know I've had a lot of black crates change to the original color. If there was something I was sure would be ok I could start mass producing again!

From a mix of experience and posts on these forums, it appears as if only multi-palette items are affected. None of my single palette items (gloves, dress shirts, hide boots, cloaks, high-quality bootsetc.) are experiencing any kind of issues when it comes to being factory run, where as anything with two palette's (Pilot's jacket, Rugged jackets, thin striped pants etc.)fudges up completely when pulled from the crate.

Havn't actually tried a tripple paletteitem, and I can't say I'm going tofor a while yet.

Being overly curious, I tried this as well.. and YAY! I have been able to make single palette items in the factory with no problem so far.. tho it'sonly been shoes/gloves and only items with 1 color choice. That's all I needed really to run crates of at the moment asam currently restocking my shop from scratch, and let me tell you what a relief this was.. I dreaded having to make a ton of black shoes/gloves by hand lol, especially after having just remade everything else on 6 vendors from hand *sigh*

So,it's safe to say that at least single color choice shoes/boots are working...seems to be a multiple color paletteproblem, I didn't try anything other than shoes/gloves so not positive.

I don't think it works for cloaks though. I remember testing those at one time.

Since everything is now "Hand Crafted" do we charge more for the hard work? *grin*

Ummmm I had a problem with the cloaks too alsoone of the shirts.. can't remember now if it was simple or short sleeve. Beginning to sound like crate at your own risk!

Let's go back to that hostage idea... lol.. might be our best shot. Although, the pot luck vendor is a great idea! Maybe I'll name one "Wrong Label Shop At Your Own Risk"

Well, admitedly, the cloaks I factory run are brown (*Not* the default colour but a more chestnut one) but comparing a crated one with a handcrafted I didn't notice any kind of difference whatsoever. And to my knowledge, I'm not colourblind. That was hood-down cloaks though, havn't done crated hood-ups yet.
