Thread: how much is a reasonably price for good armor padding

I guess I haven't had much bad luck with armorsmiths. On the first day of the wookiee patch, I talked with an armorsmith, and she was thinking of "charging 35-40K per wookiee armor set, but it all depends on the armor padding prices". I spent a long time thinking... An armor padding takes 30 units of resources to make. I sell them 4000 credits per armor padding.. so that's 20K for every 5 armor padding. Is that below what you guys charge?
*Now I am thinking out loud.*
With a crate of 25, the armorsmiths can sell 5 full sets of wookiee armor. If they sell them for 40K per set, then that is 200K. Hmm, they still make profit. K, I guess my prices aren't that bad.
K - um, so how much do you guys charge? My armor padding comes out 170 integrity, 4% base effectiveness, and encumberance 6/7/6 I think.

I'm refusing to make them. I have about 10 on my vendor at 500 creds each which have been there for a while.
I'll make schematics for the armoursmiths in the guild but that's all. I can't use the armour padding so I don't want to spend time and resources making them in case they don't sell or I have to lose money to sell them.
