Congrats

I still need most of the pieces for mine but so far I've managed to get the schems for the creature, chemical, ore and flora ones. I reckon I might have one of them built before the end of the year

In playing with them, the use is a little limited, firts it makes a base resource such as "hide" not wooly, leathery and so on. Same goes for the metals, but for running subcomponents and so on these area great thing... I am not a component producer but I have been toying with doing just such a thing,(but hey, I'm lazy) and having acess to a recycler I beleivecould help in this. All the stats for said "hide" or whatever will come out at 200 across the board. I know we as tailors have the luxury of not having to worry about resource stats but the "hide" component that can be filled with these is not really viable for the armor padding, which if I were to make would be a pretty big sink.

All in all I'd like to get my grubby little hands on the chem as well, I feel that with a metal, chem and creature recycler it could build a thrivingcomponent business for a tailor.

Thanks for the heads up ont he chemical recycler, Dayre. I've been out killing myself at Fort Tusken for a week trying to find another feed tube (already have my organic recycler ) with the main intention of building a chem one. Sounds like it's an exercise in futility. Oh well.

My guild got a third recycler done the other night and I thought I would pass this on...

As a tailor DO NOT bother with the chemical recycler. I know we all have little stacks of fiberplast and polymer laying around, If you have not had a chance to play with or read about the chem recycler it does not suit our needs in the least little bit. Ther is no ooption for fiberplast, polymer or even inert petrochemical. All of these things will be converted into a base "Chemical Compopund". This is good if you make a lot of artisan items as well as your normal tailoring. Just a big FYI, I was pretty disappointed when I tried it, but it is good for some other classes.

The organic is the one tailors should focus on, makes a nice base hide for the bulk of our schematics.

The metal recycler is also nice to convert all those bits of steel, copper and aluminum you may have into something that will fit all of your "metal" needs.

No point now but yeah, I'd seen that in the Game Guides forum. But for 6 days I was killing everything that moved in that place w/out any luck (well except the Observer or Executioner... run away! run away!). The first one I found in about an hour, of course. I think the gods of randomness were penalizing me.

Thank goodness the metal recycler doesn't take a feed tube (all I need is 3 more heating elements).

I think the next one we make will be the ore recycler... we are close on it, I'll have to check again what we need... But we have a lot of crafters that get use out of these... For tailor purposes, the ore recycler is great for those little gemstone stacks you may have.

Well I can tell you for the feed tubes, focus on the commoners, they seem to be the ones dropping them.
