so mabye focus on clothing for fighters. Find a BE and work out a deal with them so they supply you with BE tissue....
There's tons of things to help your business pick up, hope this helps and good luck!

Thanks a ton all i would have said this earlier but i accidently made the post 2 times and didnt notice this 1...but o well
but is it basiclly true that you have to grind (ughhhh)? and 1 final question. im looking for basiclly 3 seperate universal prices on my idems 1 for shirts and pants and skirts 1 for accs and 1 for full body stuff. My theroy is with tailoring sure soem things are harder to make then others but if its harder to buy 1 specfic outfit its just not fair
well i mean its FAIR in resourses sense but if a "cooler" item is more costly then well hace a bunch of ppl running around in a simple shirt and casual pants!
ok so not really but u get my point. sides iv found that alot of novice tailor items can actually look pretty cool
but anyway would soemthing like thatbe possible? Thanks

Lots of good advice in here! I am still working my way up the tree, slowly, but really need to give into the grind sooner or later. One thing that I have found sells pretty well on the bazaar are necklaces. Tonight I posted a few, and in less than 20 minutes 3 had sold like that. Another cool thing is name your clothing good names, especially the newbie clothing. I like to rename it with funny names, or pseudo-brand names. They seem to sell better that way, and just price your things low till you get better. I feel your pain though, I am feeling it right now in fact **looks at bank account**
Best of Luck!

ok im know my way around good fashion, im almost master armorsmith and im novice tailor (i have max exp for tailor but not enough sp) try to make what looks like armor, as someone said, make outfits and put them in the best containers you can make sell some clothes that look like jedi clothes for 10k a pop, or other outfits, btw BE is the #1 money in tailor but wait till you got about 50k or so to buy that stuff. also, meet a novice armorsmith, make sure they have NO OTHER ARMORSMITH SKILLS BESIDES NOVICE. if they are new, they wont be able to get or know how to get synthetic cloth. reinforced fiberplast panels are good to since you need them for chitin, i know a few master armorsmith/master tailors who can make 100k an outfit with padded armor and tailor clothes.
but dont get armorsmith unless all you want to do is craft and not fight

Don't plan on really making much money until Master.
I make about 1 million a week:
1 - I have several vendors to divide merchandise, to make shopping easier. Separate BE Clothing and Wookiee Vendor for example.
2 - Advertise Vendors on map. Helps a lot, now that they fixed it.
3 - Keep your vendors stocked. Lots and lots of selections make for happy customers. Empty vendors never get a waypoint saved in a person's datapad.
4 - Have displays. Customers like to see everything available to make custom orders. No displays and you get very little custom orders.
Big money is in BE Clothes and large component orders for Chefs or Armorsmiths. For example I made 1/2 million today just off selling 80 crates of Trimto a Chef. Other Tailors just ignored this poor guy when he asked for Trim. Now he buys an order like this from me at least once a week. These silly tailors could have made a bunch of money by just helping out another crafter.
