Thread: Hide boots has no sockets now?

I've been getting socketed hide boots, but no 4-socket boots for almost a week. I've literally put myself on afk and crafted boot after boot for an hour or two on end, with no luck. If there's no problem with the way hide boots are rolling sockets right now, I'm the unluckiest person alive.

Out of 10 hide boots, I could not get a single socket and same with headwrap.

What's going on?

Problem starts here. If you have any engineering line, you can get sockets, however if you dont have engineering line like ANY tailor should not supposed to have, you dont get sockets.

I am trying to get this looked into. I think that the socket formula must be based on artisan assembly for domestic arts clothing. It would be much nicer if *everything* for clothing sockets was based on clothingcustomization which we get both as artisans and tailor. At least that is my thoughts on it.

Kinda the same for chef, any of the foods/drinks in the Dom Arts line uses Artisan Assembly/Experimentation, so you need the engineering line for those too.

The only problem is i'm certain that the Devs will be of the opinion 'it's in the artisan trees it i artisan not tailor and must use artisan mods' which is understandable, if we got our way and all clothes even those in the artisan lines then other crafting classes would want the same; cdef weapons, food, harvesters etc etc. eventually the artisans would have nothing but swoops and electronic componets left for their mods, and then we wouldhave all the master artisans complaining to.

Actually we HAVE Artisan mods, as much as Engineering line we have Artisan Assembly & Experimentation. Problem is our sockets appear on Engineering line.

We should have at least see sockets with Artisan Assembly & Experimentation mods we have from Domestic Arts line.
