Amusingly, Crow, you are on my server. :-) Not that I really need that big tip, but I appreciate the thought.
As for the issue of prices, it's a pretty straightforward scheme for me. I price everything at 10xunit, aside from master items, which are 20xunit, and black dusters, which are 15k just on principle. :-P Remember that when insurance goes back in the amount of money in the game is going to drop like a stone until people learn to stay alive. I've debated some adjustment there, but find that I'm doing pretty well with what I have at the moment. Best bet is just to remind your customers that the economies vary per server. :-)

Additionally, I've made the SQL database available for any who'd like to create their own catalog online. I've debated making a new version without prices on it, but to be very honest, the bandwidth is already more than I can handle. With my last update on Tuesday of last week we received 123k hits, and used 1.5 GB of bandwidth in a day. (My monthly allotment was 3 GB, since increased to 5 GB.) The rush has stopped, and the traffic is managable, but I'm just not certain I can handle the additional traffic of a non-price site. To that end, though, I'm going to upload the PHP code and the SQL database into one ZIP file. To run such a site, you'll need MySQL 4+ (3+?), and a server which supports PHP. All code released under the GNU Public License, of course, and freely available to be altered/modified to your use.
For those who need a hosting solution, allow me to recommend atlantavirtual.com. We've hosted through them for years now, and while I wish they had a referral incentive, that's about the only complaint I can make on that front. Service, response, and tech support has been wonderful, and the prices aren't half bad, either. :-)
The code DOES require some configuration, so have some working knowledge of PHP/MySQL/HTML, but generally it's pretty painless if you do. The structure is such that the left menu actually calls a category.php file, such as dress.php, which in turn calls the main layout file, catalog.php. This allows you to change the entire layout of the catalog by modifying one file. :-) (New.php will also have to be changed, but that's less urgent, usually.) Also, note that you'll have to modify config.php to fit your own setup. You'll probably also want to re-work the welcome page, etc. Finally, as I said above, please take the time to edit the catalog descriptions of the items. That's the only part of the work which is truly creative (though I'm pleased with the catalog.php code), and I'd prefer to see originality out there. :-) PM me here if you have questions, but be aware that I'll only answer as I'm able.
