Hiya folks,
Right, almost there with a new website for you to use and abuse.
http://www.thewulfen.co.uk/swgtailor
The current state of the site, is that it will allow you to set an overall price for regular resources, named resources & factory costs. It will then show you the costs for all the schematics that I've entered (up to I/L at the moment!). Clicking on the relevant schematic, will then send you off to a broken down costing of the garment you clicked on. This breakdown, is the overall cost of the item, not induvidual item (eg if the schem takes 2 & 2 synth cloth, then this will be shown as 4).
It is also worth noting that I'd been a smart git with respect to component costs. I've presumed that all components used within a garment are factory made. Accordingly component costs are worked out from the resource costs specified initially, and a cost per second for the factory run time - thus the cost of the component should be pretty accurate
Things left to do:
The last 200-odd schematics :s
Allow selection of multiple items, and produce an overall cost
Costing of induvidual resources, rather than 2
Things I want to add:
BE tissue information
I've avoided making things arty farty, and the use of javascript (though it'd improve things). If you have any comments then could you reply to this message

I will add this to the link directory as soon as I'm at the computer that has my HTML file on it - please remind me if it doesn't show up there

Wow great program!
It makes me think I'm undercharging for components. Hmm...I need to find a way to calculate what it costs to mine resourcesand then produce componentsin a factory now

Ok, I've now uploaded *all* of the schematics. Feel free to point out any errors, theres over 380 schems on there and I'll be surprised if there arn't any whopies
Thanks for the support

Thanks for all the support
Just tinkering with the calcs now, and have added in the ability to increase the cost of items, depending upon their level. It works quite well *grins*. I'll get this uploaded tonight, when I get home.
One question - I'm going to be adding on the option for allowing you to select multiple items and click a button to work out the cost of these items together, basically its so that when a person come to you and goes "I'd like x, y & z", its easy to work out the cost, which is something that I find a tedious bore. Now the question is, would anybody find it useful to have a full resource & component breakdown for the selected items? My personal opinion is no as the intention is that you'll have made the items and just want a cost, but I'd just like your opinions as well.

Right-o, a bit later than I'd hoped to upload the changes, but more stuff added
Enjoy...
Items Added:
Added gender & factory time information to main calculation page for every garment
Added ability to increase garment cost, based on difficulty, for resources used in a schematic
Schematic breakdown now details difficulty cost increases per resource
Fixed problems with Tier names appearing in the wrong place
Added option to select multiple garments and create a list of them and costing
Enjoy...

Keeps getting better,
Now throw in a "orginize by" tool {by species/slot/alpha/price}
and you are my god..
Though don't get me wrong, you already have deity status as is!
Once again
Thank you!
