Usually there are announcements on the ent/dancer forums.
As for hawtpants items, rest assured they are all linkied in the hawtpants thread (found in link directory)

Yup, keep your eye on the entertainer forums. The crawls are certainly not just for entertainers, but I don't want to spam all the forums with these announcements. They can also be found in the Bria Events threads.

I'm the really tall redhead with pigtails (there's also a short one in the videos) who isn't always dancing in the same direction as the others

Hey, it's not your fault there's lag that affects flourishes!
In future more carefully designed videos, I'll have the choreographer standing off camera to initiate the flourishes, but for a Cantina Crawl, I just wanted everyone to have fun and not worry about it.
