The Rangers shall withhold all hide from tailors so that they may not make the winged garment!!!
Seriously though, if you ask around, I am sure people either have old stacks of crappy hide that they will let go cheap (never buy 50cpu hide just to make that garment), or some Scouts/Rangers will be happy to go collect some for you for a low price.

WINGED GARMENTS ARE THE DEVIL!!!!!
(I have a whole house full of crappy free hide if any Radiant tailors want to send me an email)
Edited because any sort of pants made out of "crappy" hide would be just wrong

seriously, if they winged...garments...they need to require like 12 identical Peko Peko feathers. The evil is already spreading. oh, I will gladly see all my crappy hide to tailors for a mere 1k CPU.

I have about 12k hides...with that, you could make a winged hawtpant army...but you wont get it

Actually with novice scout, I don't need a ranger. (Yeah, you guys need some love BADLY if a novice scout can bring in decent hide supplies).
