Well, first you get a few tailors that you really hate, some nice seasonings (dantooine berries make a nice sauceand some nice talusian fungus for garnish), drop them off at a lair of enraged rancors, and then...

You get a little bit of tailor xp just by clicking on the FAQ thread stickied at the top of the board.

Exactly what you need to grind, how many you need to grind, and how many total resources you will need.

Okay, here's a question that isn't answered....

(or my situation)

The macros are great for grinding and a fair bit quicker. And I gound (past tense of grind?) ribbed shirts to equip most of the galaxy. Then I wanted to grind cartridge belts for a whopping 299 xp (in the practice mode). I did it on one particula day. Since that day, I can no longer find the schematic number for the cartridge belts.

The original number was 99. I found this number by using a little macro that only calls up the clothing/armor crafting tool and started with 00, thn 01, 02, 03, and so on until I got up to somewhere around 120. I wrote all of the schematic numbers down becasue I also want to grind armorsmith.

Anyway, the numbers changed. And I could no longer find the cartridge belts. The schematic, when called up by the macro, simply didn't exist. I can still grind them the "old fashion way". In fact, in the time it takes me to go through all the schematic numbers AND fail at finding what I want, I could have ground out enough cartridge belts for a new level the hard way.

Any thoughts? And hurry with your comments, because I'm well over half way to Master Tailor.
