Why isn't this skirt able to be crafting? The one that the human female is wearing? Since the last big patch i've been seeing some bothan npc's and a few other npc's wearing it. So why can't this skirt be crafted? Just wondering.

We don't know either. Theories range from the devs hate us to the devs just don't give a rats @ss about us.

I dunno, but i sure wouldnt mind it if it was craftable, i dont think it would get old at all.

I'm gonna say for the same reason cloaks with functional hoods can't be made. EVERYBODY would wear them and they'd become nauseating in about err.. 3 seconds.

Its a high end rare loot drop.

From what I understand it may drop off exceptional / legendary creatures and the actual rarety rate of the drop showing up is pretty high.

I loby for this skirt schematic about once a week, hehe!

There's actually an old thread from Ali's days as correspondent where we utterly dissected that picture and the male version looking for items we don't have and inconsistencies with our SWG world (e.g., Trandos in boots). MADDENING!

The shoes, and the shirt of the guy on the left... What I don't get is that they advertise the game with things that are basically not in the game. But I wouldn't be surprised if they just forgot to put it in.
