Hello! As I'm sure you've noticed, I am your new correspondent. First of all, I'd like to thank Tiggs for selecting me and the community for the warm welcome.
About me - Real Life
I am an 18-year old college student currently attending the University of Wisconsin - Madison. My major is undecided.
About me - In Game
The first thing to note here is the age of my forum account. I recently took a month-long break from the game. Upon my (unplanned) return, I chose to purchase a new account rather than reactivate my old one. My former forum name was Jutewr, a familiar name to many in this forum.
I have played SWG since December 2003 on the Corbantis server. I tried playing a combat character, until I found Tailor and fell in love. My initial reason for becoming a Tailor was actually that I was spending so much money on clothing, I figured I would be better off making it myself.
I mastered Tailor in August of '03, and it was the only profession that remained constant on my old character.
Currently, I play two characters, an Entertainer in the guild Stars on Chilastra, and of course, a Tailor in the guild Desert Rogues on Corbantis.
As Correspondent
As correspondent, I will represent the views of the entire community. This does not, however, mean that I won't form my own opinions on issues. No matter my personal feelings, though, I only have one vote just like everyone else. I will (and already do) read every post made in this forum, even if I don't respond to all of them. I do tend to rely on polls to determine the stance of the community on issues, and I will be starting new bug and top issue threads once I'm a little bit more settled in (look for them by tomorrow at the latest).
Contacting Me
The best method of contact for things that you do not wish to post in the forum is a PM. You can also send me an in game tell or email (Corbantis.Shayl or Chilastra.Miraluka), but please try a PM first.
That's It
Well, I think that's everything. Luckily, my classes are canceled tomorrow, so I'll be spending the day catching up and settling in.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, here or elsewhere. Oh, and...
Hawtpants rule!
Thank you,
Mira

Wonderful intro!
I have a tailor on Chilastra if you need clothes there. Though right now I am heavily into my CH experience and loving it!
I am sure you'll do an outstanding job as corr, we're an easy bunch I think and supportive of each other.

I have to say the fact you like Hawtpants that much has to worry me. :-D
But other than that I think you'll do just fine as a corespondant. Enjoy having little time other than studying, eating and reading the forums.
