Well what I found out from the dev responsible is that it does have to do with the "white" palette issue. It turns out that these "white" palettes were not really there and were an interface error. The good news is that we shouldn't have them there anymore. The bad news is that it doesn't give us any extra colors. At least now we can try to work on getting those parts of the clothing that used to have "white" palettes to get full palettes!

... I just want to factory made the colours we already have ![]()
Edit: It also seems strange that we get an answer on it now, considering that issue has been on our list since the beginning of time. Makes me feel sad that some answers have been there all along, and were simply not passed on to us.

I just went into Test Center and made up a Light Bustier. Only one color option in the final crafting stage; the white one was gone.
Too bad they couldn't have fixed the resize issue with the palletes while they were in there. ![]()
Thank you very much for the response. Back to grinding, lol!

Yeah, I mean its great and all that we have that fixed after 2 years. What worries me is that at the current time, this shouldn't have been a priority fix. The BE clothing problem is a bigger issue right now as it affects about 80% of the server populations. So at this rate now that we have the blank secondary palettes fixed after asking about them for two years, it won't be until June 2007 when BE clothing is finally fixed.

/sigh
I think that all it means is that they were messing around with the UI code and noticed it would be easy to fix. It was probably noticed when they were fixing the UI not updating experimentation in a reasonable amount of time.
Glad to see this. Plus looks like they are fixing the UI bugs, and as a result fixing our palettes, when I read it on TC, my heart almost stopped, I was afraid we'd lose colors
.
Glad to know we aren't, I came here to get the scoop ![]()
