Thread: Are the new Powerhammers in?
@Dark-B: Power Hammer are actually very usefull. Every negative point (like speed or to-hit-chance) will disapear at master level. And btw, afaik only swordsman and commandos have those nice blast-type weapon against turrets and vehicles.
I think the ham is fine the way it is, but the damage or speed should be slightly tweaked, for the better. I think the ham is good right now because it's all concentrated on one bar, unlike the 2handed curved sword, which has decently high action and mind. If you use the power hammer, you can buff your strength with tatooine sunburns (+1500 str for 5 mins) and it'll be easier to deal with than other weapons where the ham cost is split into all 3 pools.
yeah i know powerhammer will be ususfull but not to me righ now right now i can barly hit a tortur with it and i mean it's a tortur. they are huge and i can't even hit it with my powerhammer cuz it lowers my accuracy to much. sad.
But as i of riht now it takes away half of my accuracy which is not good. but when i mater sword then i can use it justt

Hmm, that's not how I understand the combat system. The way I see it is this way...
Special attacks drains all 3 pools regardless of the weapon. It's just that the powerhammer drains Health alot more then say a curved sword that usually has action as the highest stat.
To my understanding from what I've vitnessed when playing my own character is that when I use a special attack it drains the amount of H/A/M listed on the weapon times the cost of the special attack. And it drains all 3 pools.
Or it drains two lowest values of H/A/M pools with the amount listed on the weapon and then drains the highest listed H/A/M stat times the cost of the special.
This means that the stat that is listed the highest gets drained most in the second way.
Thoes are my two theories on how it works atleast.
