This must be for factional missions. Otherwise, how could a neutral person get a TEF.

Maybe your right,it seems weird but if you read the patch notes it says nothing about faction.<3

I guess it's implied... how can a neutral get a TEF for using a bleed on a creature?

Ahh figures shes a Tera Kasi Master.......Only they could confuse this for a Non Factional mob Tef.....

Last time i checked I didnt think those Kreetles where factionaly aligned........

That sounds like something that applies only to PVP.

What will really change things is when they finally make bleeds get reduced by the mob's armor! I'm surprised it hasn't been done already.

well, i think they mean that you will have a tef with the creatures/npc's that you have made bleed. say you bled a fambaa, you would have a tef with the fambaa,or something like that.

I dont understand how there can possibly be any confusion over this.

If you run up and bleed a stormtrooper, you get a TEF. We always have, nothing is changing for us.

The problem is with Combat Medics being able to do DoT poisons without recieving TEF's.

okay that is refuring to combat medics. we always got a tef when we used bleeds so it does in no way affect us. it's just for combat medics that use there poisions deases and what ever else they have
