Thread: Savage Quenkers ?

Hello all, I am a novice swordsman and I tried to do quenkers. I am on flurry server, was fully buffed (about 2600+ per stat), but no mind buff. I get to the mission and im doing fine. I down 1 quenker, then the 2nd one starts raping my mind. SO I pop a muon and continue to fight. Now as a former rifleman I could pop a muon and take head shots all day from a rancor or something. SO I went to geta drink, I come back and im incapped. Ok well something must have happened. I get up and proceed to attack agin....incapped again. I have 70% comp armor and I dont know what is wrong here. I can take rancors but not quenkers? ANyone have nay idea as to what im doing wrong ?

Creatures will sometimes hit THROUGH your armour. It's happened to me before, I take 23,28,24 damage, 25, 26, 340, 24.. WHAT, 340!? I bet a bottle of rancor bile that the quenker hit your head once through your armour while you were afk for a minute.

If your going to do crap like savage quenkers then get some of the new brandy out and drink 2 of them instead of muon. For one theres no side effects and most last from 30-40 minutes and give all 3 mind pools a huge buff. Ive done them from novice to master swordsman with no problems at all.

get some brandy. usaly you can down 2 of those at a time and get boosts to all 3 mind stats of 800-900 for much longer than gold and no downer. mixed with gold and you mind regens extreamly fast.

Quenkers have a ranged attack that does not do kinetic damage and does not get lowered by your melee mitigation. Also baby quenkers have the same ranged attack that does as much as an adult quenker. They can be dangerous if you leave your computer.

i wished you would have asked me before posting J but quenkers are fairly easy to beat down, just have to pay attention thats the key. I hardly get incapped by them. Usually when it happens im glancing at the t.v. but brandy and buffs you should be more than a match for them. I go out there with brandy, and powerboost and no armor whatsoever.

also look out for Terrible quenkers. If you milk a lair for all its worth some times near the very end a big friggin quenker will spawn right in the middle of the lair so you might not see him.If your paying attention hes no problem. Just keep an i out there near the end.
