Thread: Which powerup to use Dmg or Sac?

I crafted my alt a nice PH and I'm not sure which pups to make for it. The PH is 545-1125(sliced) with a SAC of 95. I know that you can go over the dmg cap with a pup but can the same be done with sac? Any advice would be helpful

Use a SAC pup, because if you run out of action, then you won't be able to heal, if you have that skill, also without action all you can do is the bassic attack which even with a dmg pup won't be near the dmg of even your worst special.

usually what you do when you are out of action is melee hit or heal. dunno what you are on.
and melee hit damage isnt awful, if you knew how to pvp using melee hit a lot is a good tactic

Sac pups definately with my 90 SAC PH puped to 65 i can spam literally for ever with just some mando wine and spice. I duelled two healing players at once and didnt run out of actionthe whole timewhile alternating between power hit, critical hit and melee strike. Whereas when i tried with damage pup i quickly ran out of action and couldnt outdamage their heals.

I use Damage pups myself.
If I run out of action, I just let melee hit fire and just worry bout keeping the AB on.

Do you even play this game. How can you heal if you have no action. Simpaks, good for 1 time every 45 secs, the fight could be over while you are waiting for the timer on the next simpak. And Melee hit only does your min dmg, so in a big fight where you need to do heavy dmg, you'll be doing nothing but waiting on your action to come up a little so you can heal. I have taken on 2 lvl 81 guys and 2 lvl 82 guys at the same time with a SAC PUP on my NK sword and won. I have tried it witha dmg PUP and I end up having to BR because I have used up my mind doing to many heals.

If you are gonna only fight a couple of lvl 81-82 guys then dmg PUP is fine, But go fight a lvl 88-89 Black Sun on yavin4 with a dmg PUP, then try it with a SAC PUP and see the difference.

Quitch there is an easy way to settle this, You bring your dmg pup and I will bring my Sac pup and will see who ends up at the clone center.
