Can anyone tell what kind of PU are good for my power hammer and where I can get them?

get SAC pup.. since phs have uber SAC but high damage and slow attack.. you will be able to spam attacks .... and check on bazzar theres always pups up there for a good 10k

Don't just go for SAC powerups. Experiment and see what fits you best. I like damage powerups, because being able to 4 shot MDefs (in 1v1 no less) beats being able to fight long enough for my mind to drain compeltely by a long shot.

get them from master artisans, they usually have vendors you can find by searching.
try a few and see what type fits you. probably the most useful is the SAC (action cost) pup, this lets you keep fighting longer with higher cost moves.
