Swordsman Archive

My current template is Master Swordsman/Master Doctor/TKA 0100. I have enough skill points left over to get some additional TK skills but I am not sure which to get. Should I get 0400 for the extra defence or 0003 for the extra accuracy? I wil not drop 0100 due to improved COB, but you should know that. Also please dont tell me to drop Master Doctor, I have been a Master Doctor for sometime and I love the extra healing and rezzing, I am more valuable in a group. Thanks in advance.
