good yes, not excellent, but for a non-Acklay playermade its good..

anyways youll be good in PvE but in PvP that suckah will get killed by melle mitigation.. fighintg tanks with that will give oyu some pretty crappy dmg

Well i have tested it and it is ackly put it does like 100 damage headhit with intimdate on heh with out like 200 areas and with rifleman cms like 300 heh.

The min dmg. is really low but you can fix that with a min. dmg. power up.

uber hammer bad min dmg
dont use it with a power up god when you use them you can see the cond roll off your weapons
