I am M Swords, M Brawler, Doc 4030 and here are a couple i use:
Keymap numpad1-6 for choosing party members #1-6, 0 for "cycleLastTarget", numpadEnter for my heal target damage, and numpad + for heal target Dots.
I use 3 different heal macros (6 if you count that there is one to heal me and one to heal my targets (party members))
Where there is an OR, use one OR the other, not both.
I am pulling these from memory, so please ignore mispellings of commands, etc.
Heal damage:
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/healdamage; OR /healdamage self;
Heal States;
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/healstate; OR /healstate self;
/healdamage; OR /healdamage self;
Heal DOTs:
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/fireblanket; OR /fireblanket self;
/healpoison; OR /healpoison self;
/healdisease; OR /healdisease self;
/firstaid; OR firstaid self;
/healdamage; OR /healdamage self;
The keymapping makes choosing a party member alot easier in combat, and keymapping "numpad 0" to cycleLastTarget is a godsend, since you heal the partymember, and then hit 0 to switch back rather than having to click on your target... especially if they are running around / away.
I think that intimidate and COB macros have been covered over and over, so I won't go into those...
Hope that helps.

Wow - very nice setup. I've been using my numpad for movement, with kneel/stand, and a few other useful commands mapped to the enter, period, etc, but this seems like a *much* more efficient way to do it.
I'd also never seen the clearcombat command. Very handy.
Thanks!
