New player questions here, been playing for roughly 2 1/2 weeks. I'm a 3/4/3/3 Swordsman and I've been noticing my defenses area bitlacking. I'm thinking about dabbling in other professions to increase my defensive prowess, however, I am not quite sure how the defenses work.

Do melee and range defenses stack regardless of weapon equipped?

Do defenses vs. stun/dizzy/kd/etcstack regardless of weapon equipped?

Also, will the carbineer 'counterattack' stack with sword 'counterattack', regardless of weapon equipped?

Finally, does TKA 'defense acuity' stack with anything? If yes, regardless of weapon equipped?
