Hello everyone I been a TKM for quite sometime now and my question is this.......

Is it smart to go both TKM and master swordsman? including Medic: 4430 Scout 4000

I love TKM for its DPS/KDdizzy but the AP light sucks on VKs, anyguy with a good set of compasite could resist the hell out of me.

Also does the defence vs. stack? any advice or suggestions would be nice. And also the swordsman animation looks awsome. =]

Yea there is good stuff to be gained from being both Master TKA/swordsman......

Melee/range defense stacks, status defences stack but acuity and counter attack do not stack.

There are better templates you can pick interms of defence that stacks fencer/pistoleer comes to mind....but you stated you want piercing dmg and swordsman is the way to go for that.

The problem I see with being master TKA/swordsman is that there are alot of points/skills that you probably wont use because certain aspects of the two professions dont compliment each other. Like if you use TKA the majority of the time then all the points you spent on things like two handed speed/accuracy/counterattack arent going to be used most of the time.

In your case you just want to have Swords as a kind of alt dmg so maybe just getting swords 0404 would be enough for you? Those are the speed and accuracy trees with head hits and bleeds.

With that in mind....why not stack rifleman and TKA that would be much better IMO. They get more defense than Swordsman by a long shot(pun not intended) and you could pierce that armor at 64m :-)
