Thread: Nym has 5, and no one else has any
Can't remember if this was adressed a long time ago, maybe around july, but it's somethin that i'm certain that has been bugging many of you.
Will we ever see the Scythe in-game?? Swordsmen are obviously certified for it at 2handed4 and the skeleton mesh is in-game... but why can't anyone obtain one?
If you want to see what it looks like, go to Nym's Stronghold on Lok, best looking weapon in my opinion.
just a quick question that has been on my mind for some-time.
i've neer seen any answers posted to the sythe problem, but really irks me that they're gonna release a brand new weapon to the game before they give us the one we were supposed to be able to obtain from the beginning. if the devs wanted to be creative they'd make the sythe and rantok sword craftable, but make it a quest for weaponsmiths to do like the the armorsmiths who get to make RIS.

Just cause its name is scythe dosn't mean it has to look just like the scythes we know and love. keep in mind this is long ago in a galaxie far away. Grim reaper styles scythes are cool and all, but the way we hold our weapons is gonna make something like that look a bit...retarded. I personaly havn't seen the ones on Lok, but there is a rack of intresting two-handed looking weapons in the combat guild in Kadaara, Naboo that i wouldn't mind getting my hands on.
Im simply suggesting that if we ever do see the scythe, keep an open mind about what it might look like.

Believe me, i'm working hard on that one and seeing that a new carbine is going to be implemented didn't make me happy either.
I hope i will be able to postan answer to this very soon. Believe me,being a correspondentthere is nothing i want more than getting the answerto a questionasked at least every 8 days (besides a 2 week break in october) since launch.

Thx gorrecki, i know it must be a pain to listen to all the cries and no help from the devs 
But keep up the good work, we'll get it someday ( p.s. try to make them make it into a scematic if they can so we dont get let down with a retarded version of the rantok )
