I did it with master swordsman. Try raising up a few boxes, or mastering something, and hold your best weapon (in relation to your skills, don't hold a pistol if you are TKM).

You dont need any skills to get the quest you have to visit a npc in mos entha and do 4-5 missionsif memory serves me correct. No skills are needed to get the mission.

you do need some elite skills, or he'll tell you you're not capable of doing the mission or something... i think its halfway to master, i know you dont have to be master to do it, and novice wont cut it. if 0220 doesnt hack it then i guess you need 8 boxes? its a stab in the dark, but my guildee did it without being master.

Be a Master of any non-starting combat profession and you can get the quest. That works for sure.

Hi,

does anyone know what the minimum level is you need to get teh Scythe Quest? A new player can't get it and I tried with a teras kasi player that was like 0220 and he could not get it either. What is the minimum skill level requirement to get the quest itself? Not to use the Scythe, but to do the quest?

he told me that to he tels it every one!! just ignore and take the missions

I was a Master Brawler and the NPC told me I was too weak. So I started swordsman. After getting sworsman 1/0/1/1 I went back to the NPC and he gave me the quest. Make sure to arm youself with your strongest weapon, my weapon at the time was a hammer.

I think the key is to have a weapon from an elite combat profession equipped.... So for swordsman have your PH equiped and you will be OK...
