Does that give enough doctor to survive and kill some big things? yes still have enough for scout to hunt creature hides/meats for my guild and have the +40 terain neg?

You could live fine with x/4/4/x. Just keep in mind you're missing out on some wound/buff application speed as well as disease/fire/poison cures.

if you can readily get buffs, i would say to go 4040 to heal pois/dis
