Thread: WTH IS UP WITH FS and SEA'd 2HANDED SPEED??

I already have a jedi - so getting the FS lines for the jedi slot is a no go.......
And Id rather cap the speed with tapes - then waiste valuable skill points. - But thats just perhaps me.
So id rather spend a few extra mils (which can be recovered by a few good loots or janta missions) then loosing 4 skill points which can not be replaced.
With your template of:
Master Fencer
Master Swordsman
Master Brawler
TK 2304
C. Prowess 0040
All you would need to do, is get Prowess 0044 and a +1 SEA to cap speed. If you were to buy a +15 SEA today, and then get Prowess 0044 you would be at cap when you bought the SEA, and getting the 4th line in prowess wouldn't make you any faster.
I would suggest getting 0044, saving 12+ Mil in cash by getting a +1 SEA and enjoying the +12 speed from prowess as long as you use 2-handed, because it will never decay.

With that you cap for your power hammers and let me tell you, a capped power hammer > a capped scythe.

the animation may be lagged or whatever, but it is proven that you can only attack at ONCE per second. turn on the TimeStamps and it records the time of everything you do....speed capped shots only land once per second. you will never get 2 ... 12:24:46...youll get 46-47-48-49-50...

you get +75 with swordsman..
+5 with master brawler...
+12 with FS speed tree..
and to cap out you need 95?
also, with PH the ranged mods accuracy are alot less so i can sometimes have problems landing hits with a PH in pvp on someone with uber def and escecially if theyre m fencer with pikatta pie. what does accuracy cap out at? i dont miss too often when im using my scythe.
